Yoga time


For me October is the month when I start yoga lessons. It's my fourth year of practising and I was waiting for this more than the previous times, maybe because my daily routine has become harder and more demanding than in the past. For me yoga is the exercise to improve flexibility, to build muscle strength, to perfect my posture, to found a healthy lifestyle, to help me focus, to relax and many more.

The studio I chose is close to my home and I know the instructor from the past. This time, I upgraded my yoga mat; I wanted to feel more comfortable and I chose the amazing design from La Vie Boheme Yoga.
