Port Jefferson is located only 50 miles east of New York city. Its beauty, its history, its picturesque views, make your visit unique. Port Jefferson Harbor, is one of the north shore's top destinations for boaters. Moreover, Port Jefferson has unique shops to spend your time around. Treasures from the past, match wonderfully with the place and you want to buy them all. Remarkable is it's Free Library, the Harborfront Park & the Port Jefferson Village Center.

Before you continue your trip to Greenport, take your lunch at Gourmet Burger Bistro, visit the C'est Cheese, which offers the finest cheese and boutique wines.

Next and last stop was Greenport. It's located on the north fork of Long Island and was the the major port of the area in the past. From the moment you reach Greenport, the Monument to the September 11 attacks on the Greenport waterfront. Take a walk around the area and you will automatically relax. The aura of this place makes you so much zen, that you want to stay there for ever.

Where to dine? At Claudio's Clam Bar is a good choice.
