Bebeka: an old villa which turned into a playful restaurant
I love the moments when I go out for lunch with my daughter and friends.
In Halandri, there is a restaurant that the food quality is what we are looking for, the homemade food, the decoration is friendly and so cozy that the feeling you get is that you are in a real home.
Bebeka restaurant is this place. As you reach it, the yard has tables for sunny and hot days. The building itself was an old villa residence that has been turned into a lovely local Greek restaurant. Each room “welcomes” guests in a cozy, happy environment that recalls childhood memories.
Regarding the menu list, there are options that will satisfy even the most demanding customer.
This time we ordered pasta cooked in oven with mixed cheese, meat balls with grilled vegetables, pasta with apaki and sesame, and baked balls with cheese accompanied by a creamy sauce.
For dessert we ordered cookies with vanilla Madagascar and chocolate soufflé with ice cream.
Some tips before visiting Bebeka are that the restaurant doesn’t provide any parking space, and a reservation is mandatory before visiting, especially during the weekends.
